Carefully place your unworn UGG products back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
